Recent project with the district included a replacement of approximately 4,750 SF of ballasted roofing system down to the existing tapered insulation with a new 60 mil EPDM roofing systems with a 20 year warranty over new rigid insulation to meet new energy codes and associated prefinished metal flashings, and trim.
