Demolition of Science Lab Area at one existing science lab and two adjacent storage rooms.

Renovation work at Science Lab Areas included new structural framing, wall partitions,  wood doors, hollow metal door frames, gypsum board ceilings and soffits. New stained concrete floor slab, vinyl wall base, and installation of owner-provided items to coordinate with new laboratory casework.

Office Upgrades and renovations were also completed.

Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical were included in the project.
