Demolition of Existing Restroom Area / Renovation Work in the Restroom Area and Associated Spaces

New structural framing, new concrete floor slab, wall partitions, wood doors, and hollow metal door frames. Gypsum board ceilings and acoustical lay-in ceiling systems. Replacement of plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, ceramic wall, and floor tile as well as new vinyl floor tile. Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical were also included in the project.

Demolition of Art Classroom Area / Renovation of Art Classroom 

Making BIG use of a tiny space! Renovation work in the Art Classroom area included improved work and storage areas. New wall partitions, wood doors, metal door frames, and gypsum board ceilings and soffits. New acoustical lay-in ceiling systems, stain at existing concrete floor slab, vinyl wall base, installation of owner-provided items, coordination with new Art Classroom casework. Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical were also included in the project.
