Project included site demolition work, new site utility work, new sub-surface drainage systems, new site grading/seeding, construction of new concrete sidewalks and pavements )approximately 4,700 S.F.), construction of a new, custom built wood pavilion/shelter structure (approximately 20’-0” x 30’-0”), construction of a new, custom built wood gazebo (approximately 170 S.F.), construction of new concrete interpretive signage bases, new bronze dedication plaques, installation of owner supplied site furnishings and other commensurate new miscellaneous work. Work included new site electric upgrades, new site lighting work and new security camera systems.
