Jonesboro C.C.S.D. #43 Concession Stand

Jonesboro C.C.S.D. #43 Concession Stand
New Construction
This 706 sq. ft. facility was designed and constructed as a permanent replacement for an aging portable shed previously serving as the elementary school’s ball field concession stand. The project included the complete demolition of the existing structure and the construction of a new concession and restroom building strategically located adjacent to the school’s baseball and softball fields.
The new building features wood-framed construction on a concrete slab foundation, durable metal panel exterior cladding, and an asphalt shingle roofing system. Comprehensive MEP improvements were incorporated, including HVAC systems for building conditioning, new plumbing installations, and upgraded electrical service.
Site utility enhancements consisted of a new sewer connection to the city main, a new domestic water service, and electrical upgrades to support current and future needs. The project also included infrastructure preparation for future field lighting, along with minor site improvements and new concrete pavement.
