Renovation

The project consisted of turning a former medical building into an education building. Some of the work included complete demolition of the existing interior partitions, ceilings, flooring, partial concrete floor, exterior landscaping, asphalt, and concreate. New work included floors, ceilings, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. Painting, landscaping, playground equipment, and surfacing of the playground and parking lot were also part of the scope of work.
